Shipping Policy for HockeyTees

1. Order Processing Time

a. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

a. Shipping Zones: We currently ship to Canada, and the United States Of America, as well as international

b. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The rates will be displayed at the checkout.

c. Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

3. Order Tracking

a. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information.

4. Shipping Restrictions

a. P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

b. International Shipping: Currently, we ship within Canada, and the United States Of America. We also offer international shipping outside of those countries stated.

5. Delivery Issues

a. Lost or Stolen Packages: HockeyTees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and accurate.

b. Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, HockeyTees is not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.
